Recon Arbitrage provides Amazon product sourcing, gating, and wholesale research tools. Features and pricing may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove functionality at our discretion.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Recon Arbitrage is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. You connect your own Amazon Selling Partner account, and all gating and eligibility outcomes are determined by Amazon, not by us.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service provides research, automation, and estimates. We do not guarantee any specific results, ungating outcomes, profit, or that any product or brand can be sold. Sourcing and reselling carry risk, and all decisions are your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recon Arbitrage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, account suspensions, or losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
